The counting unit is separated from the tracks. This reduces the dust accumulation tremendously. Once the dust accumulates on the counting unit, the system will display a message. The cleaning is quick and won’t require a disassembly. The cleaning should last no longer than 30 seconds.
Thanks to the ICU's revolutionary design, the machine is capable of counting single tablets. The maximum count is unlimited.
Yes. You can create an number of users within the system.
Users are then assigned to a specific user group. Each user's group
priviledge can be customized.
With this it is possible to show specific information for technical
users or hide unwanted information from operators.
Yes. The ICU keeps complete logs of most of the events on the machine. Starting from the user's log in, through the batch's start, down to the bottle statistics. Each bottle is logged, with the counted number of tablets or the reason of the rejection.
Yes. Presents all actions performed on the ICU system, with a time and user stamp.
Yes. These documents can be provided with additional charge.
